A Colorado river guide is on a quest to set a new women’s record for rowing from California to Hawaii

Buena Vista’s Kelsey Pfendler, 29, is teaming up with three Oregon women for World’s Toughest Row in 2024

Kelsey Pfendler, a rafting guide in Buena Vista, is preparing for a grueling race across the Pacific Ocean next June, from California to Hawaii, as part of a team trying to set a new women's rowing record.
