Three suspects have been arrested in connection to the shooting death of a teenager in Denver.
On March 26, Jasmine Rivas-Hernandez, 17, was found shot in an alley behind 1545 Quebec St., police said. She died at the scene.
On Thursday police announced the arrest of three suspects: Robert Adam Solano, 34, Joseph Thomas Chavez, 26, and Shiloh Fresquez, 21.
At the time arrest warrants were obtained for Solano and Chavez, they were both already in custody on unrelated charges, the Denver Police Department said in a news release.
On Tuesday, detectives formally arrested Solano for investigation of first-degree murder. Chavez was arrested for investigation of accessory to first-degree murder and abuse of a corpse.
Fresquez was arrested on Jan. 3, police said. She has been charged with accessory to first-degree murder and attempt to influence a public official.
The Denver District Attorney’s office will make a final determination of charges against Solano and Chavez.
